OROTTA School of Medicine and Dentistry today graduated a total of 57 Medical Doctors. During the fifth commencement, 32 Doctors graduated in Medicine and 22 others in Dentistry, while the remaining 3 graduated in Pediatrics and Child Health.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Ms. Amina Nur-Husien, Minister of Health, pointed out that persistent endeavors are being exerted with a view to ensuring effective and quality health services along with developing human resource capacity.
Also speaking on the occasion, Dr. Haile Mihtsun, Dean, explained that the graduating batch has lived up to the set standards, and expressed appreciation for the patience and enthusiasm they demonstrated in the process, in addition to active collaboration of partners in the activities of the school.
A representative of the graduating batch asserted readiness to serve the people and Government with higher dedication.
